Employee Orientation Benchmarking Study
In 2000, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board led a benchmarking examination of a number of leading workplaces to identify the factors that accounted for the sucess of their employee occupational health and safety orientation programs. The Final Report includes findings on orientation along with details on the methodogy behind the benchmarking study. The report resulted in the development of resources for workplaces to use when developing their own orientation programs. The resources include a Guide for Employers and a Guide for Workers.
