Utility Tendering Practices Guideline
These guidelines were developed through the co-operation of MEA, EUSA and ECAO. The purpose of this guide is to provide recommended procedures and language for calling bids that will ensure properly prepared bids are submitted by fully qualified contractors. Attention has been paid to the question of "due diligence" and its effect on the relationship between the Contractor and the Constructor.
